After a day outdoors, full of fun and adventure, after the fatigue, the intense sun of the mountain, the thousands of impressions of an excursion among the imposing boulders of the Dolomites, there is nothing more regenerating and relaxing than finishing the day at the spa. This is why we opened the Natura Wellness Center in 2011 and since then it has always been one of the most appreciated services.

Upon entering, the fresh and delicate aroma of conifers revitalizes and evokes memories of a day spent in the magical woods of the Dolomites, the meditative music of distant lands infuses serenity, and the rosy light of dusk inspires tranquility.

In the Biosauna the gentle and pleasant heat allows a slow and gradual heating of the body that stimulates the circulation and the heart system and purifies the respiratory tract, skin and hair. You begin to perceive a sensation of well-being and deep relaxation.

When the body is prepared for the high temperatures, we will proceed with the Finnish sauna. This sauna, with deep roots in Northern European traditions, welcomes us with the decisive notes of pine, with the warmth of red-hot stones and the dry air that fills the lungs. The beneficial effects on body and mind are immediately perceived. Thanks to sweating, a deep purification is achieved through which toxins and free radicals are eliminated, tension and muscle micro-injuries are relieved. The mind is emptied and anchored to the present. The permanency is short. We alternate the heat of the sauna with the cold water of the shower which, pungent on the skin, will activate the cardiovascular circulation to the maximum.

In the Turkish bath, on the other hand, in contrast to the Finnish sauna, we experience the humidity that seems to penetrate deeply into the body, the steam embraces us and caresses the skin opening its pores. This is the perfect time to apply our scrubs rich in herbs. The graininess of the salt has an exfoliating effect on the skin and the nourishing oil leaves the skin soft and velvety. Aromatic and medicinal herbs full of phytonutrients and active ingredients have toning, remineralizing, soothing and draining properties, depending on the blend. In addition, their essential oils allow us to fully enjoy the principles of aromatherapy.

After the saunas it is important to replenish the water and minerals we lost. For this reason, in the Natura Wellness Center we provide a wide variety of herbal teas and flavored water to be enjoyed on one of the comfortable loungers in the relax room. The splendid view on the Conturines and Lavarella group awakens emotions of gratitude and inner peace.

For those looking for an even deeper relaxation, they will certainly find it on the massage table. The treatments offered aspire to achieve a healthy balance between body, mind and spirit. The treatments range from anti-stress, invigorating and toning massages to detoxifying and balancing treatments. The targeted manipulations of the muscles, performed by the expert hands of our masseuse, certainly bring the deep well-being searched for.

After the visit to the Natura Wellness center, having found the calm that we often miss in our daily lives, a deep and restorative sleep will be guaranteed and will allow us to face a new day immersed in the nature of the Dolomites.
